Scamp & Dude is opening a concept store in Edinburgh
Scamp & Dude, the covetable independent fashion brand with colourful, sustainable and charitable collections, is coming to Scotland with its second store. The new location will open in September in St James Quarter, Edinburgh.
The brand, which counts celebrities like Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Charlotte Hawkins and Emma Willis among its fans, is not just a fashion label, but a force for good that was born out of a personal tragedy.
Jo Tutchener-Sharp, the founder, was a successful beauty PR when she suffered a brain haemorrhage that left her in hospital for months, away from her children.
This experience inspired her to create a brand that would help others who are going through tough times, by spreading joy, kindness and empowerment through its clothes and accessories.
Generosity and compassion are at the heart of the brand. For every scarf sold, another one is donated to a woman with cancer. For every superhero sleep buddy sold, another one is gifted to a seriously ill child.
Scamp & Dude also supports various charities and causes that are close to its heart, such as Refuge, NHS Charities Together and The Brain Tumour Charity.
The new store in Edinburgh will be a colourful and vibrant home for the brand’s joy-loving community in Scotland, where you can shop the latest collections and join in with the fun events.
The store will also host the brand’s ongoing charity campaigns and give back programmes, as well as experiential events for the local community and loyal customers.
