Kicking off the summer season in style on Thursday 5th June, we are hosting our very first Summer Supper Club — an evening of cocktails, conversation, Spanish food, and live entertainment, with tables stylishly designed by Maria Elizabeth Designs.
Set in one of Glasgow’s most exciting new venues, Rioja, this is a chance to connect with like-minded creatives, professionals, and friendly faces from the Quine community – whether you’re coming solo or with a friend.
Recently reopened after a two-year hiatus, Rioja has taken over a bold new three-floor venue on Hope Street — just across the road from Glasgow Central. Designed to capture the spirit and soul of Spain, the space blends moody, atmospheric interiors with a high-energy social scene — from laid-back lunches and Spanish wine tastings to late-night celebrations and DJ sets.
For our supper club, we’ll be taking over the venue for an evening of sharing plates and great company. Think modern Spanish tapas, chic tablescaping, and fresh, summery drinks in one of the city’s most talked-about new openings.
What your £34.99 ticket includes:
- Welcome cocktails (with additional drinks available to purchase from the bar)
- Spanish sharing plates from the Rioja kitchen
- A live comedy set by rising Scottish comedian Rio McWilliams, fresh from the Glasgow Comedy Festival stage
- Personalised fan calligraphy and tables stylishly designed by Maria Elizabeth Designs
- Thoughtful conversation starters and mingling prompts to help you connect — whether you come solo or with a friend
- A few more surprises on the night
Perfect for Glasgow creatives, young professionals, solo night-outers, and Quine readers keen to connect.
