We’re buzzing with excitement for the opening of Encore, the glamorous and exciting new cocktail bar and lounge in Edinburgh’s bustling West End…
Situated below the popular Parisian-style West End Brasserie, Encore invites you into a sumptuous speakeasy world inspired by the famous Moulin Rouge and Paris’ La République district. It’s the latest offering from Caledonian Heritable, the hospitality group behind other luxury Edinburgh locations including The Dome and Archerfield House.
Slide into one of Encore’s velvet booths and choose from a selection of incredible cocktails, each one a playful take on a classic drink and inspired by one of Paris’ iconic neighbourhoods. Encore’s signature menu reinvents some well-known Scottish and French dishes, including beef carpaccio, French onion soup dumplings and sharing boards of tasty charcuterie.
As well as enjoying some incredible late-night food and drink, prepare to be blown away by Encore’s programme of live entertainment featuring a changing line-up of guest DJs, musicians and performers.
