£5 cocktails Edinburgh Holyrood distillery

Looking for something fun and purse-friendly to do this week in Edinburgh? Holyrood Distillery is turning five, and they’re inviting you to join the celebration with a week of fun, free tours, and fabulous £5 cocktails. From July 24th to July 31st, this Edinburgh gem is rolling out the red carpet to mark its milestone birthday in style.

Located in Edinburgh’s historic Old Town, Holyrood Distillery has been making waves since it opened in 2019. Co-founder Rob Carpenter says, “We’ve brought whisky production back into the heart of Edinburgh and built an incredible team dedicated to making exceptional spirits.”

Holyrood Distillery

Holyrood Distillery was named Visitor Attraction of the Year at the Icons of Whisky 2021 Awards and was shortlisted as Tourism Destination of the Year 2022 at the Scottish Whisky Awards. The distillery has welcomed over 100,000 visitors and launched ‘Arrival,’ one of the first single malt whiskies produced in Edinburgh in a century. The distillery’s close proximity to Arthur’s Seat serves as the inspiration behind their Height of Arrows Gin, celebrating the legendary distance an archer could shoot with a bow.
