The wait is over. Blank Street Glasgow officially opens its doors on Saturday, 26th April. Following a hugely popular launch in Edinburgh earlier this year, the brand is now bringing its viral drinks and minimalist style to the west coast.
Located at 42 Gordon Street, just a stone’s throw from Glasgow Central Station, Blank Street Glasgow is set to become a new go-to for coffee lovers and matcha fans alike. The location is perfect for grabbing a matcha before work, meeting friends, or starting your day out in the city.

What to expect from Blank Street Glasgow
The New York-born coffee brand has built a loyal following thanks to its minimalist aesthetic, efficient service, and social-media-famous drinks. Now, Blank Street Glasgow is bringing that same formula to the west coast — with a vibe that feels both polished and approachable.
Step inside and you’ll find a calming, modern space with warm wooden panelling, soft lighting, and curved green tilework wrapping the counter. It’s designed with intention — with clean lines, chrome finishes, and quietly cool energy, it feels very Copenhagen.

This season’s standout options include two spring specials: the Strawberry Shortcake Matcha and the Rhubarb & Custard Matcha. Already trending online, these are drinks that look good and taste even better. If matcha isn’t your thing, don’t worry — classics like the Flat White and Iced Latte are also available.
