The Retreat
The esteemed Old Course Hotel in St Andrews is holding a Cold Water Wellness Retreat, a one-of-a-kind experience in partnership with Olympic silver medallist swimmer Keri-anne Payne.
From Saturday 4th May until Monday 6th May, immerse yourself in the invigorating power of cold water therapy while exploring the serene beaches, tranquil lochs, and hidden tidal pools that surround the iconic hotel.
About Keri-anne Payne
Keri-anne Payne, a double open water swimming 10km World Champion and silver Olympic Medalist, decided to retire from competitive swimming in 2017.
Since then, she has passionately advocated for open water swimming and successfully co-founded several businesses dedicated to coaching the sport.
During the Cold Water Wellness Retreat at the Old Course Hotel, guests have the exclusive opportunity to schedule a private 1:1 training session with Keri-anne herself.
This personalised experience allows participants to receive tailored guidance and expertise, empowering them to enhance their open water swimming technique and confidence even further.
What’s Included?
Priced from £985 per person, this exclusive retreat includes a two-night stay at the prestigious Old Course Hotel, and guided cold water dips led by the esteemed Keri-anne, providing a refreshing and revitalising experience like no other.
After a day of exploration and revitalisation, indulge in a 50-minute treatment at the hotel’s luxurious Kohler Water Spa. Let skilled therapists melt away your tensions, leaving you feeling utterly relaxed and rejuvenated.
And of course, no retreat would be complete without great food. Enjoy exclusive dining experiences featuring nutritious (and delicious) local Scottish produce.
