For great cocktails, head to The Alchemist in Glasgow or Edinburgh…

Seeing is believing with The Alchemist’s new cocktail menu, where levitating drinks and smashable cocktails take center stage. Open until late with DJs spinning every weekend, The Alchemist has crafted a dazzling new cocktail and food experience for the summer, guaranteed to make your nights out truly unforgettable.

Perfect for a glamorous evening with your girlfriends or a unique date night, this new menu is as Instagram-worthy as it gets… Sip on “The Levitating One,” a cocktail that quite literally floats in the air, made with Johnnie Walker Blue Label, Regal Rogue Wild Rose & Bold Red Vermouth, Akashi Plum Sake, and Muyu Vetiver.

For a touch of mystery, try “The Egg,” a cocktail hidden from view for the past two years and discoverable only by a QR code until now. Made with Hendricks Gin, St Germain, Citrus, Yuzu, and punchy cucumber, it’s served in a ceramic egg that adds an element of surprise to your evening.

And for a bit of fun, there’s the “Basil Smash,” made with Miller’s gin, basil, peach, and lime, encased in a sugar glass that you have to smash to drink.

The “Basil Smash” is now available in The Alchemist bars in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Whisky lovers can enjoy the “Hard Peached Iced Tea,” a refreshing take on the classic Alchemist Lady Marmalade cocktail, featuring Naked Malt blended whisky, peach, agave, and homemade golden tea.

Pair these innovative cocktails with new seasonal dishes like Jalapeño and Parmesan donuts, pulled beef brioche, and Korean superfood salad for a full sensory experience.
